How to give feedback
The Humync portal is built so speaking up takes minutes, not a meeting. Here is exactly how to share feedback — and how to make it easy for your team to act on.
Step by step
From thought to submitted in five steps
01
Open the portal and find the feedback form
After signing in, the portal opens on the feedback form. You do not need to wait for a survey or a prompt — if something is on your mind, the form is always there.
02
Write it in your own words
Say what happened, what is getting in the way, or what is working well. Short and honest beats long and polished — “priorities changed three times this week and I don’t know what to focus on” is exactly the kind of thing worth sharing.
03
Add your mood rating
Pick a number from 1 to 5 for how things feel right now — 1 is struggling, 5 is thriving. It takes a second, and it is what lets your team see how the mood shifts week to week.
04
Choose named or anonymous
You can attach your name or leave it off. Named feedback makes it easier for your People team to follow up with you directly. Anonymous feedback is still read and still counts — share whichever way feels right.
05
Submit and carry on
Your feedback lands with your People team straight away and appears in your own history marked as “Heard”, so you always have a record of what you raised.
Good habits
What makes feedback useful
Be specific about one thing
One clear point is easier to act on than five mixed together. If you have more to say, send another note — there is no limit.
Share the good weeks too
Feedback is not only for problems. Telling your team what worked helps them do more of it.
Little and often beats one big download
A quick note when something happens gives a truer picture than saving everything for an annual survey.
